For almost a century, the U.S. president's Maryland mountain retreat, known variously as Camp David, Shangri-La, and Camp Hi-Catoctin, has provided the leader of the free world with space for rest and reflection. "Hi-Catoctin," a work in progress by Sam Clapp, takes a long look at this famous no-fly zone.
