Jamie Kreppein - Company Member

Jamie is an artist and community builder based in Chicago, Illinois. She is a writer, director, producer, and stage manager, as well as a freelance teaching artist and scenic painter. Jamie has worked with theaters all over the city, like Chicago Children's Theatre, A Red Orchid Theatre, Interrobang Theatre Project, Steep Theatre Co, and Cabinet of Curiosity. With Facility, she was thrilled to be a part of Phoebe in Winter (Asst. Stage Manager) and The Ruse of Medusa (Props Designer). Currently, she is the co-writer and associate producer of By a Thread, a short film in post-production that was the recipient of the 2020 Pentimenti Emerging Filmmakers Grant. She is a founding member of Hotel Collective, a Chicago-based network, resource, and platform by and for emerging creators.
