Penny Folger is a Los Angeles native who has done experimental theater in both LA and NY, most extensively with Dangerous Ground Productions and Virago Theatre. She's currently working on a degree at Columbia College Chicago in ASL Interpretation. She has a webseries coming out eventually called "Viscountess & Maidservant" in which she is the "Maidservant". This is her Chicago debut and she is delighted to be a part.
